Pool needs one day to be heated. Please ask in advance if you want pool heated at your arrival.

Villa minimum stay: 4 nights
Apartment minimum stay: 2 nights
Check in time: 16.00 – 20.00 (later or earlier on request)
Check out time: 10.00 (later on request)
After your booking you will receive an mail from Villa Paradiso Au Lac where you can add all your extra services such as buffet breakfast, Villa delivery meals and wine, private boat tours, live music.
Regular Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund of the total price (free cancellation), the guest has to cancel the reservation within 48 hours from when they made it and at least 60 days before the check in date.
To get a refund of 50% of the total price the guest has to cancel at least 40 days before check-in. Otherwise the penalty will be 100% of the total cost.
If the guest cancels less than 40 days in advance or decides to leave after check-in, unused nights will not be refunded.
Payment Details
20% of the total cost as deposit to be paid at the moment of the reservation by credit card or bank transfer.
Total payment 60 days before the arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of EUR 2.500 will be pre-authorized upon arrival at check in by credit card and released if there is no damage.
